CES Integrated was founded as an in-house HVAC and plumbing systems, construction, and maintenance team. Specializing in multifamily unit renovations, property inspections, plumbing, HVAC maintenance, and construction services, CES makes sure that every one of the affordable housing communities of its parent company (CHOC Housing) meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and long-term sustainability. 

Launched in 2021, CES has evolved into a full-service provider, offering expert services to both CHOC’s affordable housing communities and the general public. Today, CES aims to redefine traditional HVAC and plumbing industry best practices and provide superior services that are both accessible and affordable.
